5 of the best spring fragrances for men, smell great.
Good morning everyone, its time for a brand new post, we are here today to feature some great new spring fragrances that need to be added to your collection. I know we all have our favourite smells. However, every now and again you need to mix it up, and that’s exactly what I’m here to do.
Creed Virgin Island Water – Shop Now
The story of Creed was said to begin when King George III asked founder James Creed to produce a fragrance for him. Inspired by a sailing trip near Ginger Island in the Caribbean, Virgin Island Water opens with a citrusy cocktail of white bergamot, Jamaican lime, Sicilian mandarin. This perfume was definitely on my list, but not my personal favourite, the slight fruitier fragrance works only in the warmer seasons.
Burberry Brit – Shop now
Celebrated as a timelessly classic scent, Brit is a perfect illustration of modern English spirit inwrought with tradition. Fresh, spicy opening notes of bergamot, cardamon, mandarin and ginger soon settle into rich notes of nutmeg, rose, cedar and spices. This men’s perfume was a personal favourite of mine as the scent has developed since their original release of the Burberry Brit.
Tom Ford Neroli Portofino Acqua – Shop Now
Launched in 2016 as the refreshing update to the successful Neroli Portofino unisex range, Acqua is a fresher expression of the seductive Italian Riviera and its sparkling skies. This fragrance was definitely a perfect unisex fragrance. This also works great as a present for when risk is not on the agenda.
Floris No. 89 – Shop Now
Orange and bergamot blended with lavender and neroli give No.89 its classical cologne aspect. Warmed with a touch of spicy nutmeg, the floral heart is underscored by the dominant woody accord of sandalwood, cedarwood and vetiver in this quintessentially English gentleman’s fragrance. Ideal for a British gentleman wanting to experiment slightly more, this is a little more pricey, but definitely worth it.
Acqua di Parma Blue Mediterraneo Mirto di Panarea – Shop Now
Panarea, an island suspended in time. Mirto di Panarea evokes the character of the smallest and oldest of the Aeolian islands. The fragrance opens with the embracing, aromatic top notes of myrtle and basil together with lemon and bergamot. Not my favourite on this list but definitely one you should be considering for your spring fragrances collection.
