Study Finds That Exercise Increases Mens Sex Drive! That’s Right!

Thats right people, I wouldn’t lie… More exercise, better sex. Okay, that’s a pretty bold statement, let me tell you why that more exercise helps you perform better, let’s begin the mens sex drive talk.
Men who spend hours a day in the gym have a higher sex drive and a better sperm count than those who lead a lethargic life, a new study has found.
Published in the journal Reproduction, Professor Behzad Hajizadeh Maleki, of the University of Gieseen in mid-Germany. Apparently he stated, that men who exercise four times, have a considerable higher amount of sperm.
A study was taken by 261 men, these men did not follow a regular exercise regime. Out of that group they were split, one half of the group were told do exercise four times a week for 30 minutes, the other half were told to do quick short bursts of running, twice a week.
After the sperm samples came back, the ones that had done four times a week has considerable better sperm count, so that shows people, get on the treadmill, keep your diet healthy and keep your sex up.
As long as you’re keeping healthy, your keeping your alcohol levels down and not doing anything stupid like drugs, your fertility levels should stay strong.
