Captain America Ab Workout, What Are You Waiting For?
Good evening everyone, today I was at the gym and I felt like I needed to start my workout off a little differently. I usually start my routine with a few ab exercise or high intensity exercises just to get my blood pumping, but as I was wearing my compression top and it reminded me of what Captain America wears, I thought what a great time to do a captain America ab workout!

I just did the routine once as I was training chest, but this is a great routine to get you going and define those ab muscles you have always wanted! Now you can repeat the routine if you feel like you need too! But if you are doing as an introductory to your workout then just do it once!
