Coffee Health Benefits: Who doesn’t love it? 

I was interested to find out if there was any health benefits into drinking coffee and you know what… There is! Quite a few actually! So I’m going to share them with you.

1) Coffee can improve energy levels and make you smarter;

Everyone knows it improves your energy, unless you’re one of those people that drink decaf… Coffee is loaded with energy, I know a fair few of you depend on it, to keep you going! However, in addition to it providing a considerable amount of energy to your body studies show it also you smarter, it apparently it can make you a lot more alert and makes it a lot easier to take in information at a quicker rate.

2) Coffee can help you burn fat;

Yes that lovely little cup of coffee actually burns fat, because it speeds up your metabolic rate its keeps you on the move! However, this may not be the case with long term drinkers.. So keep in mind to moderate it.

3) Coffee can fight depression and make you happier;

Now of course coffee fights depression, how many of you feel so much better once you have got your lips around a piping hot cup of coffee! Studies shown in the U.S that women drinking between 3-5 cups of coffee a day seemed more happy and more active.

4) Coffee Drinkers Have a Lower Risk of Some Types of Cancer;

This was also a shocking fact, but apparently coffee fights against certain types of cancers! in particular, Liver cancer and colorectal cancer. Huge studies in the U.S showed that members drinking on an average of four cups of coffee a day, reduced the chances of colorectal cancer by a huge amount.

5) Coffee can help you live longer;

Yep, you heard it folks, coffee makes you live longer! Studies shown in america supported this from a range of universities, that because coffee fought against certain illnesses it actually make the chances of catching them smaller and thus resulting in a longer life!
