This Is My Cure For The Flu, Let’s Get You Feeling Better!
Good afternoon you amazing people, well if you follow on just about any social media platform, you will know I have the flu. Oh yes, aren’t I blessed, around this festive period I am suffering with a heightened cold with some other horrible stuff thrown in. But while there isn’t really any cure for it… There are ways to help prevent and cure it. For the last 10 days or so I’ve been suffering, but with a few essentials I’ve been able to help aid the flu and slowly get rid of it.
Top essentials of getting rid of the flu, let’s begin.
- Soup. One of the main problems is that when you get the flu, the first things its hits is your appetite. Without food, your energy levels drop… That’s where the soup comes in, easy to eat and always full of nutrients to get you feeling better.
- Sleep. That’s right folks, the more sleep you get the better. Getting more sleep will restore your energy and get you back on track.
- Cough sweets. When I get the flu, it hits my throat… Scratchy and saw I can never sleep, so make sure you’re stocked up wherever you go.
- Lemsip. When I get the flu it hits my bones, I always feel so sore… So having lemsip helps me do those simple tasks that become hard.
