Good evening you lovely people,
This evening I’m featuring a casual menswear post, this is PART 2! If you haven’t seen part one, click HERE.
Okay, I’m featuring a classic outfit of mine, this is a great one I use on casual occasions. Now, I love the this look, there’s something about it that looks a bit retro and edgy, now I haven’t worn double denim with this outfit ( you can ) but let me lay some rules if you are;
- When you wear double denim, they have to be different shades of denim. Do not go matching colour denim, yeah that doesn’t look good, keep a slight contrast.
- Don’t wear patterned denim and the same as your jeans, like I said there has to be a contrast. That’s why I’ve gone for the black and denim.
Now, to keep this outfit a bit edgy and out there I’ve gone for the bold denim jacket, but I’ve matched this with a mustard jumper from Burton Menswear, this way, it brings the eyes away from the jacket and onto your jumper. But, now you’re quite colourful up top, so to even this all out, go for dark jeans, black if you have them.
Right, let’s move forward. In addition to the jumper from Burtons below that I am wearing a Lane House Apparel printed tee. Definitely one of my favourite collaborations. In addition, to the stretch skinny from River. Accessories include; Jord Timepieces watch ( the full review of their watch is going live this week ) and sun glasses from Gentlemans Box.
