New years resolutions!
Well if you guys haven’t already seen I’m writing up a post called ‘What’s you’re New Years Resolutions’ and if you have one, to tweet me or comment below! In addition if you tell me whats yours is going to be, it will be featured on the post!
Now a fair few of you have already told me what yours is going to be, but some of you said you were struggling to find new years resolutions actually worth doing, well look no further!
Take the stairs instead of elevators and escalators to get daily exercise.
Walk or ride your bike more often instead of driving.
Schedule “me” time to turn off your cell phone, computer and other electronic devices.
Don’t use your cell phone during work meetings, social events or dinner.
Cook at home more often—you will learn new cooking skills and save money.
Bring more to the table at every meeting—speak up and voice your opinion.
Learn something new every day.
Keep in touch with loved ones
Pick up a new hobby.
Help others by volunteering.
Eat five new foods this year. Have you tried kale, quinoa, coconut oil or almond butter yet?
Give someone a compliment once a day, but really mean it.
Make your bed daily.
Take the time to clean as you go and clear away any clutter that has accumulated over time.
Get in shape.
Start eating healthier food, and less food overall.
Improve your concentration and mental skills.
Become more confident and take some chances.
Become more polite.
Learn to be happier with your life.
Get more quality sleep:

Start drinking in moderation or quit drinking altogether:
