Eat Zest is a food subscription service, they offer freshly made meals, packed with high protein and nutrients right to your front door. Today I am talking about my 7-day trial and seeing what I thought of them, its time for Eat Zest review, let’s begin.
Before I knew it I was opening up my front door to a giant box; I slide off the lid to see some freshly prepared meals just waiting to be eaten!
They had given me the 7 ‘balance meals’, so one for each day. These meals tasted so fresh! Packed with protein and kept my energy high! One of the biggest problems I have is that because I get quite busy, the last thing I want to do when I get home is to cook a big meal. So having these prepared for me is just what I needed!
Now following the instructions on the back, take the meal, slide off the casing and microwave it for 2 and a half to 3 minutes and you are ready to go. These meals are incredibly filling and will keep you going.
Every meal offered to me was packed with brilliant flavours and everything you need for a balanced, healthy diet. The only one I didn’t like was the goat’s cheese one, but that’s not because it didn’t’ taste nice I just don’t like goat’s cheese aha.
Its so easy once you get home to just snack on things you shouldn’t, grabbing the first thing you see to settle your forever hungry stomach. That’s why Eat Zest meals are so great; they are freshly prepared. Packed with locally sourced clean ingredients and free range British meats.
