Sleep, its so important. Some of us take it for granted, some of us want more and some would be happy to spend the entire day in bed! Now, when you are younger, you don’t like sleeping a lot, when you are older you crave nothing more than a good nights sleep. What I’m here to do today is talk about how important it really is to get your 8 hours and why you should be really shifting your day to make sure you get a good nights rest.
