Life Coach | Hello you lovely people, I hope you’re all having a great week. I can’t believe it’s already Saturday… Where did the week go? Today I’m going to be talking about stress, the concept of something making you unhappy, angry, sad or downright pissed off and what you should do about it. 

“The worst thing you can do is bottle it.”

When something angers us, we naturally want just react, everyone has different mechanisms, but a lot of people like to just move on and forget it, this isn’t uncommon its just life. I can vouge for that. I’ve been in situations myself where I’m thinking; you know what I’d rather forget that and just move on. But how do you deal with that? Because letting it build will anger you even more.

“We’re not meant to bottle it, we’re meant to overcome it”

What I want to do today is talk about some examples where keeping quiet will result in it becoming worse, let’s begin!

In a relationship:

The last thing you want to do is keep quiet in a relationship. Naturally, we want to keep your other half happy and the relationship strong but what happens when problems arise? Something could be annoying you or something is making you want to pack your bags and leave. By talking and communicating your issues you then, of course, have a higher chance of sorting it out.

At home/School:

Let’s be the honest school isn’t always fun while it’s crucial there were days when I was at school thinking, is this worthwhile? But sometimes there are things that make you unhappy maybe someone is picking on you, the lessons are too hard, or you feel like you’re not learning anything. But don’t bottle it up and hope it will get better, talk to someone and get it off your chest.

In your job:

Your job is so important; it pays for you. But if you’re not enjoying your job, the rest of your life can soon crumble as well. You can soon be angry all the time, tense and depressed. So if you’re having a problem in work, talk to someone so you and they can both work how to get over it together and keep you happy.
